Description
6x DNA Loading Dye Buffer Orange can be used for loading DNA samples (PCR products, restriction fragments) on agarose or polyacrylamide gel.
The loading dye serves as visual marker of electrophoresis: In 1% agarose gel Orange G comigrates with ca 40 bp (1x TBE) or ca 60 bp (1x TAE) fragments.

Reagent Composition: Orange G, TRIS-HCl, EDTA and Ficoll
Recommendations: Mix 1 volume ofdouble blue Dye with 5 volumes of your DNA sample and load into the gel.
