Pro Lab Supply Corp (“Pro Lab Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a wholesale distributor of laboratory equipment, reagents and consumables serving universities, research centers, hospitals and industrial laboratories. This policy explains what information we collect through prolabcorp.com and through our quoting, ordering and service process, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide to us. When you create an account, request a quote, place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, job title, institution or company name, department, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, purchase order numbers, tax-exemption certificates, shipping and receiving instructions, and any other information you choose to send us.
Order and quotation information. We keep records of the products you request and purchase, quantities, prices quoted, order history, shipment tracking, returns and warranty or service requests.
Payment information. Payments made on our website are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store complete payment card numbers. We may retain the last four digits of a card, the card brand, and the authorization result for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. If you pay by check, ACH or wire, we retain the payment record required for our accounting.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you view, the site or search that referred you, and the dates and times of your visits. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 5.
Communications. We keep copies of emails, messages, quote requests and notes from telephone calls so we can service your account.

Manufacturers and suppliers. Many products ship directly from the manufacturer. In those cases we provide the consignee name, delivery address, telephone number and delivery instructions so the shipment can be completed.
Carriers and freight forwarders. We provide delivery details to parcel carriers and LTL freight carriers, and to customs brokers where a shipment crosses a border.
Payment processors and financial institutions. To take payment and to resolve chargebacks or payment disputes.
Service providers. We use third parties to operate our e-commerce platform, our business system, our email and messaging, and our website analytics and advertising. They may process personal information on our behalf and are permitted to use it only to provide those services to us.
Professional advisors and legal obligations. We may disclose information to our accountants, auditors or attorneys, and where we are required to do so by law, subpoena, or a lawful request from a government authority, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of any person.
Business transfers. If Pro Lab Supply is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.
Some customers purchase through supplier portals operated by their own institution or by a third-party procurement platform. Information you submit inside those systems is governed by the privacy terms of the institution or platform that operates them, not by this policy. We receive from those systems the order and contact information needed to fulfill your purchase.

Write to us using the details in Section 12. We will ask you for enough information to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the time allowed by applicable law. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
Some United States state privacy laws give residents of those states additional or more specific rights, including the right to know the categories of personal information collected and disclosed, the right to correct or delete it, the right to opt out of its sale or of targeted advertising, the right to appeal a refused request, and the right not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. Where such a law applies to us and to you, we will honor those rights. As stated in Section 3, we do not sell personal information.
Please note that we cannot delete information we are required to retain — for example, invoices and shipping records kept for tax, customs and product-liability purposes — and we may decline a request where an exception under applicable law applies. If we decline, we will tell you why.
We keep account and contact information for as long as your account is active and for as long afterwards as is reasonably necessary to answer questions about past orders. We keep transaction records, invoices, shipping documentation and tax records for the periods required by United States federal and Florida state tax, customs and commercial law. We keep warranty and service records for the life of the warranty and for a reasonable period after it ends.
Our website is served over an encrypted connection, payment data is handled by our payment provider rather than stored by us, and access to customer records inside our business systems is limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately as described in Section 12.
Our website and products are intended for laboratory, institutional and business use. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Pro Lab Supply is located in the United States and our systems and service providers operate primarily in the United States. If you visit our website or contact us from another country, the information you provide will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection law may differ from that of your own country.
