Autoclave Method for Plastic Products
- Condition: less than 121 ˚C /15psig/20minutes
(Unexpectedly, there are many lab’s used without knowing if the sensor is broken. Temperature often exceeds.)
- Autoclave with product empty
(There are various types of solutions and chemical resistance is different for each raw material, so it is not guaranteed to contain the solution and autoclave.)
- Do not close cap and autoclave.
(Typically the biggest cause of deformation. Deformation by hot/high pressure steam)
