Powered by proprietary 3D Figure-Eight Rotation Movement Technology, this system generates high-energy impact forces to rapidly pulverize the toughest samples—ranging from bone, muscle tissue, and plant leaves to hard materials like rocks and ceramics—in a matter of seconds. Unlike traditional homogenization methods, the MBS Series allows for the simultaneous processing of up to 24 samples (using 2ml tubes) without the need for balancing, ensuring high-throughput performance and exceptional reproducibility for DNA, RNA, and protein extraction workflows.

The series is available in two distinct configurations to meet diverse laboratory needs: the standard MBS3200USY(S) for ambient applications and the MBS3200USYC(S), which features advanced cooling capabilities. The cooling model is specifically engineered to protect heat-sensitive biomolecules; it can be connected to an external chiller (such as the CF-303Y/313Y) or used with liquid nitrogen for cryogenic grinding, utilizing an ultra-low nitrogen volume (0.2L per sample) to maintain sample integrity.
