Unlike standard LAMP master mixes, this kit is specifically formulated to generate labeled amplicons (Biotin/FITC) that are perfectly compatible with Milenia HybriDetect lateral flow strips (Dipsticks or Cassettes). The reaction buffer is optimized to minimize background noise on the strip, allowing for a seamless transition from amplification to visual readout in minutes.
