Product Description
This kit can be used to extract DNA from a variety of anticoagulants (including citrate, heparin, Na2EDTA), human whole blood, serum, white blood cells, and other special samples. The kit uses a set of standardized operating procedures: sample processing, magnetic bead adsorption, washing and elution. 96 samples can be extracted at one time by using Bioer's automatic nucleic acid extraction instrument.
MagaBio plus Whole Blood Genomic DNA Purification Kit II is used for extraction and purification of DNA from human whole blood specimens. The purified nucleic acid is suitable for clinical in vitro testing or use in amplification-based in vitro diagnostic assays.
Principle and Advantage
The nucleic acid in the sample is released under the action of Lysis Buffer and PK, and the released nucleic acid specifically binds to the magnetic beads.
The magnetic bead particles that bind the nucleic acid are captured by the magnetic material, and the contaminants are removed through multiple washing processes. Finally, the DNA is eluted and collected from the magnetic beads under the action of the eluent.
