Chamber Construction Pharmaceutical-Grade Stainless Steel Ecocell natural gravity convection ovens are constructed with a pharmaceutical-grade AISI 304 stainless steel chamber packed with 5 layers of insulation for improved durability, temperature uniformity, and operating efficiency. The inner chamber is seamless with rounded corners and fully removable for easier cleaning and sterilization. The chamber door is equipped with a patented 4-point closing system that seals the door to the chamber gasket and enables hands-free opening and closing.
AISI 304 stainless steel chamber Double-wall chamber construction, featuring five layers of insulation, efficiently maintains uniform internal conditions. (2″) 50 mm stainless steel port – (1″) 25mm, (2″) 50mm, (4″) 100mm access port options available.		Removable inner chamber, featuring a seamless, rounded-corner design, simplifies cleaning and sterilization. 4-point closing system securely seals the door to the chamber gasket. Shelving brackets are molded into the chamber walls and spaced 2.8″ apart.

Precise & Automated Control of Cycle Parameters

The ECO digital controller is programmed with fuzzy logic, which analyzes cycle data in real-time and automatically adjusts inputs to maintain stable conditions. This allows for rapid heating and cooling times without overshooting the temperature setpoint, protecting the load and reducing the cycle duration, recovery time, and power consumption. The 3” LCD screen provides a clear display of the cycle status and temperature data with wide-angle vision for easy viewing during operation. ECO controllers can run up to 99 cycles with capacity for 9 programs, each containing 2 segments for varying loads and parameters.
