MagaBio plus General Genomic DNA Purification Kit â…¡ is used for extraction and purification of genomic DNA from human whole blood, tissue, saliva, oral swabs and dry blood spots specimens. The purified nucleic acid is suitable for clinical in vitro testing or use in amplification-based in vitro diagnostic assays.
Diagnostic results obtained using the nucleic acid purified with the kit must be interpreted in conjunction with other clinical or laboratory data. The kit is intended to be used by professional users, such as technicians or physicians who are trained in molecular biological techniques.

PRINCIPLE OF THE PROCEDURE
DNA in the sample is released by PK Solution and Lysis Buffer. Released DNA is bound exclusively and specifically to the MagaBio Reagent. DNA bound to Magnetic particles are captured by a magnetic tool and contaminants are removed by Wash Buffer once or more. The DNA is then eluted from particles by Elution Buffer or molecular grade water.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
RNase A Solution should be stored 2 ~8℃, other components of the kit should be
stored at 2 ~25℃ for the duration of the shelf life.
Do not use beyond the expiration date printed on the box.
The kit can be transported at room temperature.
The kit can be stored for up to 12 months if all components are kept on the
conditions above.
