MagaBio plus General Genomic DNA Purification Kit II is used for extration and purification of genomic DNA from human whole blood, tissue, saliva, oral swabs and dry blood spots specimens. The purified nucleic acid is suitable for clinical in vitro testing or use in amplification-based in vitro diagnostic assays.
Diagnostic results obtained using the nucleic acid purified with the kit must be interpreted in conjunction with other clinical or laboratory data.The kit is intended to be used by professional users, such as technicians or physicians who are trained in molecular biological techniques.

PRINCIPLE OF THE PROCEDURE
DNA in the sample is released by PK Solution and Lysis Buffer. Released DNA is bound exclusively and specifically to the MagaBio Reagent. DNA bound to Magnetic particles are captured by a magnetic tool and contaminants are removed by Wash Buffer once or more. The DNA is then eluted from particles by Elution Buffer or molecular grade water.
MagaBio technic has great advantages:

2. Simple and streamline separation procedure, used for auto-platform;
3. First elution can acquire 85% or more DNA;
4. No high salt solution. No inhibitor;
