Product Description
The kit provides a very simple, fast and cost effective technique to isolate high quality pathogen DNA/RNA. Using one simple protocol, high yield of purified DNA/RNA can be isolated from feces. Purified nucleic acid can be used in a broad range of molecular biology downstream applications, such as PCR, RT-PCR, sequencing, mutant analysis,
and SNP.
Principle and Advantage
The nucleic acid in the sample is released under the action of Lysis Buffer and PK, and the released nucleic acid specifically binds to the magnetic beads.
The magnetic bead particles that bind the nucleic acid are captured by the magnetic material, and the contaminants are removed through multiple washing processes. Finally, the DNA is eluted and collected from the magnetic beads under the action of the eluent.

Storage and transportation
1. The kit can be transported at room temperature.
2. The kit should be stored at 2~8℃.
3. All reagents are valid for 12 months if stored properly.
