Product Description
The kit provides a very simple, fast and cost effective technique to isolate high quality virus DNA/RNA. Using one simple protocol, high yield of purified DNA/RNA can be isolated from whole blood, serum, plasma, feces and body fluid samples. Purified nucleic acid can be used in a broad range of molecular biology downstream applications, such as PCR, RT-PCR, sequencing, mutant analysis, and SNP.
Principle and Advantage
Nucleic acid in the sample is released by Lysis Buffer. Released Virus DNA/RNA is bound exclusively and specifically to the Magnetic beads. The Virus DNA/RNA bound to magnetic particles is captured by magnetic material. Contaminants are removed by washing with Wash Buffer. The nucleic acid is then eluted from the particles with an Elution Buffer.

Storage and transportation
1. The kit can be transported at room temperature.
2. The kit should be stored at 2~8℃.
3. All reagents are valid for 12 months if stored properly.
