Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) solution is a balanced salt solution that is used for a variety of cell culture applications, such as washing cells, transporting cells or tissues, diluting cells for counting, and preparing reagents. IBI 10X PBS is Free of Magnesium, Calcium, Phenol Red, or Sodium Pyruvate.
IBI 10X PBS is sterile filtered by way of 0.2um filtration and autoclaved at 121 C for more than 20 minutes. The sterile PBS is then aseptically dispensed into a sterile 1 liter bottle to ensure our customers receive a high quality product every time. Every Lot is tested for sterility and indicated on the CofA.
Available in both 1 liter and 4 liter size (IB70166) with spigot.
