Product Description
OPTIKA B-383DK
Trinocular Darkfield Microscope (Oil Immersion)
Part of the advanced B-380 series, the OPTIKA B-383DK is a high-performance microscope designed specifically for oil immersion darkfield applications, such as live blood analysis. It also fully supports standard brightfield observation. It features a trinocular head for digital documentation, high-quality objectives including a W-PLAN 100x objective with an integrated iris, and a unique dual-condenser system.
Exclusive Darkfield Illumination
This model's key feature is its dedicated N.A. 1.36 oil immersion darkfield condenser with a built-in X-LED³ illuminator. This system provides powerful, high-contrast illumination, achieving results comparable to expensive 150W external light sources. A separate Abbe condenser is included for standard brightfield work, making this a versatile and powerful tool for specialized diagnostic labs.

OPTIKA is proud to introduce its exclusive X-LED³ lighting source. A special combination of high-efficiency LEDs and a special optical system allows OPTIKA to double the light intensity generated by a standard LED. The resulting light is comparable to the light generated by a 50W halogen lamp but with a color temperature of 6300K, representing sunlight. |

Mechanical Stage Rackless Stage for Safety and Durability The B-380 series is equipped with a modern rackless mechanical stage. This design prevents the rack from protruding from the stage, avoiding potential scratches or injuries during use. The movement is smoother, more reliable, and provides a safer working environment, especially in educational settings. |
Laboratory Grade Optics for High Contrast
This model includes N-PLAN objectives for brightfield and a high-performance W-PLAN 100x oil objective with an integrated iris diaphragm, which is essential for achieving proper oil immersion darkfield illumination.

Large Specimen View (20 mm Field Number) The F.O.V. (field of view) is based on a comfortable diameter of 20 mm. This means that a wide area of the sample can be inspected and allows a natural and easy view, particularly needed in a laboratory environment. |
Dual Condenser System
The B-383DK is supplied with two separate condensers to ensure optimal performance in both observation modes:
- Brightfield Condenser: Abbe N.A. 1.25, with objective-coded iris diaphragm, focusable and centerable.
- Darkfield Condenser: N.A. 1.36 (oil immersion) condenser with a powerful, built-in X-LED³ illuminator, designed for high-resolution darkfield analysis.
