| For brightfield observation, the microscope uses the exclusive X-LED³ lighting source. A special combination of high-efficiency LEDs and an optical system allows OPTIKA to double the light intensity generated by a standard LED. The resulting light is comparable to a 50W halogen lamp but with a color temperature of 6300K, representing sunlight. |

Laboratory Grade Optics & LED Fluorescence
This model is equipped with high-quality IOS (Infinity Corrected) N-PLAN objectives. The epi-fluorescence attachment uses a high-efficiency LED that requires no warm-up/cool-down time and has a long lifespan. The included blue filter set is suitable for a variety of common fluorochromes.

Dedicated LED Fluorescence System
The B-383LD offers an ultra-convenient LED fluorescence solution. Unlike traditional HBO mercury lamps, the LED illuminator provides immediate operation with no waiting time. This cost-effective technology eliminates the need for lamp replacements and centering, saving both time and money while providing excellent performance for diagnostic applications like viewing Auramine O (for Tuberculosis) and other fluorochromes.
