Trinocular HBO Fluorescence Microscope
The OPTIKA B-383FL is a high-performance laboratory microscope designed for both standard brightfield and traditional HBO fluorescence applications. It features a trinocular head for digital documentation and is equipped with a powerful 100W high-pressure mercury lamp (HBO) for epi-fluorescence. This provides outstanding flexibility, covering a wide spectrum for various fluorochromes. For transmitted light, it uses the powerful and efficient X-LED³ system.
Powerful and Flexible Diagnostics
This model is built for demanding laboratory use, featuring high-quality IOS N-PLAN objectives and a large 233x147mm rackless stage. The 3-position fluorescence slider includes standard Blue and Green filter sets, making it ready for common fluorochromes like FITC, GFP, Rhodamine, and TRITC right out of the box. This microscope is an ideal solution for clinical and research laboratories requiring the power and versatility of a traditional HBO lamp.

For brightfield observation, the microscope uses the exclusive X-LED³ lighting source. A special combination of high-efficiency LEDs and an optical system allows OPTIKA to double the light intensity generated by a standard LED. The resulting light is comparable to a 50W halogen lamp but with a color temperature of 6300K, representing sunlight. |

Mechanical Stage Rackless Stage for Safety and Durability This model is equipped with a large 233x147 mm rackless mechanical stage. This design prevents the rack from protruding, avoiding potential scratches or injuries during use. The movement is smoother, more reliable, and provides a safer working environment. |

The 100W high-pressure mercury bulb (HBO) is the industry standard for flexible fluorescence observation, offering powerful excitation.
