The OPTIKA B-293LD1.50 is a specialized model within the B-290 series, designed for LED fluorescence applications (e.g., tuberculosis, malaria) and standard brightfield observation, featuring a trinocular head for easy digital camera connection. It combines high-quality IOS N-PLAN objectives, including a 50x W-PLAN MET objective (No Cover), with a dual illumination system. This includes the powerful transmitted X-LED³ for brightfield and a dedicated epi-fluorescence LED illuminator with a blue filter set, offering a cost-effective and immediate solution for on-field diagnosis and documentation.

Ergonomic and Versatile Performance

Built for reliability, the B-293LD1.50 features the same robust construction as the rest of the series. It includes a rackless mechanical stage for safe sample handling, coaxial focusing for precision, and an Abbe condenser. Its key advantage is the slider with positions for both brightfield and fluorescence, allowing users to switch observation methods instantly without complex setup. The trinocular port makes it ideal for teaching, documentation, and digital analysis in diagnostic laboratories.

X-LED³ Exclusive Lighting System (Brightfield)
For brightfield observation, the microscope uses the exclusive X-LED³ lighting source. A special combination of high-efficiency LEDs and an optical system allows OPTIKA to double the light intensity generated by a standard LED. The resulting light is comparable to a 50W halogen lamp but with a color temperature of 6300K, representing sunlight.

Mechanical Stage Rackless Stage for Safety and Durability The B-290 series is equipped with a modern rackless mechanical stage. This design prevents the rack from protruding from the stage, avoiding potential scratches or injuries during use. The movement is smoother, more reliable, and provides a safer working environment.

Laboratory Grade Optics & LED Fluorescence

 This model is equipped with high-quality IOS (Infinity Corrected) objectives. The epi-fluorescence attachment uses a high-efficiency LED that requires no warm-up/cool-down time and has a long lifespan. The included blue filter set is suitable for a variety of common fluorochromes.

Large Specimen View (20 mm Field Number) The F.O.V. (field of view) is based on a comfortable diameter of 20 mm. This means that a wide area of the sample can be inspected and allows a natural and easy view, particularly needed in a laboratory environment.

The B-290LD models offer an ultra-convenient LED fluorescence solution. Unlike traditional HBO mercury lamps, the LED illuminator provides immediate operation with no waiting time.
