Trinocular Phase Contrast Microscope with IOS Optics
Part of the advanced B-380 series, this microscope is a high-performance solution for observing unstained, transparent samples and capturing digital images. The OPTIKA B-383PHi is equipped for Phase Contrast, Darkfield (dry), and Brightfield, and features a trinocular head for camera connection. It uses superior IOS (Infinity Corrected) W-PLAN PH objectives for exceptionally flat and high-contrast images and features an upgraded, larger mechanical stage for more precise sample movement.
Ergonomic and Reliable Performance
Built with high-quality materials, the B-383PHi features a large 233x147mm rackless mechanical stage, a quintuple nosepiece, and coaxial focusing for precision. This model is ideal for viewing and documenting live cells, microorganisms, and other transparent specimens, providing top-tier images without staining and serving as a robust platform for digital analysis in any lab.

OPTIKA is proud to introduce its exclusive X-LED³ lighting source. A special combination of high-efficiency LEDs and a special optical system allows OPTIKA to double the light intensity generated by a standard LED. The resulting light is comparable to the light generated by a 50W halogen lamp but with a color temperature of 6300K, representing sunlight. |

Mechanical Stage Rackless Stage for Safety and Durability The B-380 series is equipped with a modern rackless mechanical stage. This design prevents the rack from protruding from the stage, avoiding potential scratches or injuries during use. The movement is smoother, more reliable, and provides a safer working environment, especially in educational settings. |
Laboratory Grade Optics (IOS)
OPTIKA IOS W-PLAN PH objectives deliver high-contrast phase images with excellent flatness across the entire 20mm field of view. The Infinity Corrected Optical System ensures that image quality is maintained even when adding accessories like cameras to the trinocular port.

Large Specimen View (20 mm Field Number) The F.O.V. (field of view) is based on a comfortable diameter of 20 mm. This means that a wide area of the sample can be inspected and allows a natural and easy view, particularly needed in a laboratory environment. |
Multi-Observation Condenser
This model is equipped with a versatile 5-position rotating condenser that holds annuli for 10x, 20x, 40x, and 100x phase contrast, plus a position for brightfield and another for darkfield (dry) observation, making it incredibly simple to switch between viewing modes.
