Binocular Phase Contrast Microscope with IOS & ALC
Part of the advanced B-380 series, this microscope is a high-performance solution for observing unstained, transparent samples. The OPTIKA B-382PHi-ALC is equipped for Phase Contrast, Darkfield (dry), and Brightfield. It features superior IOS (Infinity Corrected) W-PLAN PH objectives for exceptionally flat and high-contrast images. Its two key intelligent features are the ALC (Automatic Light Control) system, which maintains perfect brightness automatically, and an upgraded, larger mechanical stage for more precise sample movement.
Ergonomic and Reliable Performance
Built with high-quality materials, the B-382PHi-ALC features a large 233x147mm rackless mechanical stage, a quintuple nosepiece, and coaxial focusing for precision. This model is ideal for viewing live cells, microorganisms, and other transparent specimens, providing top-tier images without staining, and ensuring maximum comfort during extended use thanks to the ALC system.

A special combination of high-efficiency LEDs and a special optical system allows OPTIKA to double the light intensity generated by a standard LED. The resulting light is comparable to the light generated by a 50W halogen lamp but with a color temperature of 6300K, representing sunlight. |

Laboratory Grade Optics & ALC System
OPTIKA IOS W-PLAN PH objectives deliver high-contrast phase images with excellent flatness. The Automatic Light Control (ALC) system maintains your preferred brightness level automatically, so you can forget about illumination and focus on the sample, even when switching between brightfield and phase contrast.

Multi-Observation Condenser
This model is equipped with a versatile 5-position rotating condenser that holds annuli for 10x, 20x, 40x, and 100x phase contrast, plus a position for brightfield and another for darkfield (dry) observation, making it incredibly simple to switch between viewing modes.
