Product Description
The Yamato DN-411IE is a 95 L inert gas oven: a forced convection oven that runs its entire cycle under a nitrogen blanket instead of air. Everything that oxidises during heating — solder joints, catalysts, lithium materials, polymers, activated carbon, metal powders — comes out the way it went in.
The number that matters on this machine is the nitrogen substitution time: approx. 30 min to bring the chamber down to 2 % oxygen. That is your purge cost and your cycle overhead on every single run, and it is the figure to compare against any other inert oven you are considering.

Installation requirements
This oven requires a nitrogen supply (not included) and a single phase 220 V circuit with a hard-wired connection — there is no plug. Because the chamber is purged with nitrogen, the room needs adequate ventilation and, depending on your safety assessment, an oxygen depletion monitor. Confirm both before ordering.
