Product Description
The Yamato DNF-401 is a 90 L programmable oven whose defining feature is not the temperature range but the air velocity control: 10 steps from 600 to 1500 rpm. Fan speed stops being a fixed property of the oven and becomes a parameter you set, like temperature.
That matters when what you are drying can be blown around or dried too fast. Turn the fan down and the surface does not skin over before the core is dry; turn it up and you cut cycle time. At air velocity 0 the oven runs as a true natural convection oven up to 120 °C — two ovens in one cabinet, which is why this line can replace a separate gravity oven on the bench.
