The HybriDetect RPA basic Kit provides a ready-to-use, freeze-dried recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) mix for fast isothermal DNA amplification at a constant 37-42 °C, with no thermal cycler required. Reactions are typically complete in 10-30 minutes, making the kit a practical basis for custom assay development in the lab or at the point of need.
With appropriately labeled primers and probes, amplicons can be read on Milenia HybriDetect lateral flow strips (MGHD 1, MGHD2 1, MGHC 1) or the myilab research reader (MYILABR 1). Agarose gel electrophoresis can also be used for evaluation.
