SPL3D Cell Floater Plate
Cells grown flat on plastic are not behaving the way they behave in tissue. Three-dimensional culture — spheroids, organoids, aggregates — gets closer to real biology, but it requires a surface cells cannot stick to, so they aggregate with each other instead of spreading on the plastic.
The SPL3D Cell Floater Plate is built for exactly that. The well geometry and surface keep cells in suspension so they form free-floating spheroids. 24 wells, 1.90 cm² per well, 1.00 ml working volume.
