STK Positive Control
Positive Control to be used with STK Lab, STK Spray and STK Skin products in order to validate your experiment.
Each STK Positive Control sheet carries a dry deposit of acid phosphatase enzyme, the target that STK Lab, STK Spray and STK Skin detect in human semen. AXO Science advises running a positive control with each analysis to confirm that the reagent and the UV light (365/366 nm with visible light filter) give the expected blue fluorescent signal, a simple QC step for forensic serology labs.
