Product Description
The Yamato BOA-311 is a 37 litre oil bath that holds ±0.1 °C at 200 °C with ±0.2 °C across the whole bath. Those are calibration-grade numbers, and they are what separate this from every other bath in the range.
The accuracy comes from jet stirring rather than a propeller: oil is pumped and returned through the bath so the whole volume turns over instead of swirling around a blade. In a 37 L bath that is the only way to keep the far corner within two tenths of the probe — which matters when you are calibrating thermometers or running several vessels at once and every one has to see the same temperature.
It reaches 270 °C on a 4.5 kW SUS316 heater, in about 70 minutes from cold.

Installation and bath fluid
Runs on AC220V at 21 A with an external transformer. Heat transfer oil is not included — a 37 L bath takes a significant volume, so budget for it. Silicone oil rated above 270 °C is the usual choice. Never run the bath dry.
