Where the LT series ends, the LR-500 begins. It is a gearless direct-drive overhead stirrer — no gearbox between motor and shaft — which removes the backlash, the noise and the maintenance item, and delivers up to 1.96 N·m (20 kgf·cm) of torque on a ø10 mm shaft. That is roughly double the LT-500, and it is what a genuinely viscous batch, a large vessel or a settling slurry needs before the stirrer starts stalling instead of stirring.
Two models split the range. The LR-500A turns 34–340 rpm at up to 1.96 N·m from a 70 W brushless motor — slow and strong, for thick media and large propellers. The LR-500B turns 100–1000 rpm at up to 0.98 N·m from a 100 W motor — faster, for lower-viscosity work in bigger volumes. Both show speed on a 3-digit digital readout with a two-step green LED torque indicator and an overload display, and both stop automatically when overloaded rather than cooking the motor.
Choose your configuration above. LR-500A and LR-500B ship as main body with stainless steel shaft (ø10 × 500 mm), 75 mm 4-blade propeller and clamp — order this if you already have a stand and rod. LR-500AA and LR-500BA are the complete set, adding the stand and rod so the unit is ready to run on arrival.

Installation Requirements
- Electrical: AC 100–125 V, 50/60 Hz. This series is 115 V only — there is no 220 V version.
- Stand: the main-body configurations require a stand and rod (LR-41-124, or YSA0000194 plus 2310030209).
- Vessel support: at 1.96 N·m the stirrer can move an unsecured vessel. Clamp the vessel as well as the stirrer.
