Product Description

The Yamato SM-311 is a 32 L autoclave with an integrated drying stage. It sterilizes at 105–128 °C, then dries the load at 150 to 180 °C in the same chamber, on the same cycle.

That second stage is the whole point. A standard autoclave hands you wrapped instruments and glassware soaking wet, and wet packs are not sterile packs — moisture wicks contamination straight through the wrap. The usual workaround is a second trip to a drying oven, which costs a transfer, an hour and a chance to contaminate the load. This one removes that step.
