Product Description
The Yamato SN-510C is a 47 L top-loading autoclave that reaches 135 °C at 0.255 MPa — high enough for protein denaturation and waste decontamination, not just routine media.
Two features decide whether an autoclave fits a working lab: how long you wait to unload it, and whether liquids boil over. This one has a dedicated cooling fan that cuts the wait after a cycle, and a separate liquid sterilization mode that ramps the pressure down slowly so bottles do not flash-boil when the chamber vents.
