Milenia Biotec GenLine Swab Detection Buffer (MGSDB)
Extraction Buffer for Hygiene Swabs, 10 mL
Swab Detection Buffer releases sample material from hygiene swabs in the Milenia swab PCR workflow. 100 µL is added to each swab in the GenLine Extraction System (MGES 1); after a short incubation and centrifugation, the eluate is ready for GenLine PCR detection of obligate beer spoilers directly from swab samples.
