Swab Sample Preparation, 1000 Reactions
The GenLine Extraction System is a universal kit for releasing analytes from swabs for further processing. Each set has an inner and an outer tube: the swab is placed in the inner tube, Swab Detection Buffer (MGSDB) is added, and a 1-minute centrifugation collects the eluate in the outer tube. 2 µL of eluate then goes directly into a GenLine PCR, such as the Megasphaera/Pectinatus Screen.
