Milenia Biotec GenLine PCR Universal Module (MGUP 1)
Lateral Flow Readout for GenLine Beer Spoiler PCR Tests
The PCR Universal Module contains the lateral flow dipsticks and running buffer used to read every Milenia GenLine PCR Module. After amplification, 2 µL of PCR product is applied to a dipstick, which is placed in 80 µL of running buffer; test and control lines are read by eye after 5 minutes. Each strip has two test lines, so the target and the internal amplification control are shown on one strip.
Milenia GenLine is a modular system: each PCR Module (MGScLP 1, MGScMP 1, MGScHOR 1) contains the amplification reagents only, and results are read on the lateral flow dipsticks of the PCR Universal Module (MGUP 1), which is ordered separately.
