Product Description
Digital vacuum controller for the Yamato RE-202-A and RE-212-A, with a setting range of 0 to 1013 hPa. Without it, vacuum on a rotary evaporator is whatever the pump happens to pull, and the operator throttles it by hand — which is why bumping ruins batches and why two runs of the same method give different results. With it, the pressure is a set point: programmed, held and repeated. For any multi-solvent workflow or any method that has to be written down and followed by someone else, this is the accessory that makes the instrument reproducible.
