Product Description
Spray drying from an organic solvent on an open-cycle machine is not an option: you would be blowing flammable, hot solvent vapour into the room. The GAS-410 is what makes solvent spray drying possible — it closes the loop. The dryer runs on a sealed nitrogen circulation instead of air, and the solvent is condensed out and collected in a 2 L flask instead of being vented.
This is not a standalone unit. It works in conjunction with the ADL-311SA, GB-210A or DL-410. It also removes a purchase: the GAS-410 has a linear compressor built in, so when you run solvent work you no longer need the separate spray-air compressor the dryer would otherwise require.

- Requires a compatible spray dryer — ADL-311SA, GB-210A or DL-410. This unit does nothing on its own.
- Floor space: 700 × 950 mm, 1500 mm tall, 130 kg — sited next to the dryer.
- Consider the GWS-410 solvent washing unit downstream for contaminants the condenser does not capture.
