Product Description
The GF200 mini-bed attachment converts a Yamato GB-210 from a spray dryer into a fluid-bed drying granulator. It replaces the spray chamber with a fluidised bed, so the same controller, blower, heater and peristaltic pump now suspend a powder in an upward air stream and spray binder onto it.
Two different unit operations on one machine: spray drying makes powder from a liquid, fluid-bed granulation takes powder you already have and builds it into larger, free-flowing granules — or dries a wet powder without caking it.
The bundled part number GB-210B is the GB-210 main unit and this attachment supplied together. Order the GF200 on its own if you already have a GB-210 or GB-210A.
